107 residents were left without land in the village of Druzhba, Krasnogradsky district, Kharkiv region. Their sites were given to combatants. But local residents say that only one of the recipients has the status of UBD, and the rest do not even live in this village.

After a while, the new owners transferred the land plots to one person - a certain Svetlana Ilyashenko. In the village they found out that this is a close friend of the head of the Krasnogradsky State Geological Inventory Yury Kundryukov.

Residents suspected this fraudulent scheme and wrote an application to the prosecutor's office. As clarified in the department, the criminal proceedings opened under the article "Unauthorized occupation of the land". Now the local police conducts pre-trial investigation.

However, according to the local resident Tatiana Veselskaya, since October 2016 the case has not moved from the dead center.

"No investigative actions have been conducted so far", - the woman is indignant.

Under this scheme Tatiana and her husband lost more than two hectares of land.

"I paid for the land management project, but I was never developed. When I asked for an explanation, they told me that it would be busy there, "Tatiana recalls..

The woman fears that after the removal of the moratorium the land will be sold and justice will not be achieved.

To attract the attention of local authorities and law enforcement officers to the problem, local residents blocked the Simferopol route and wrote a letter to the president. The latter received an answer that the case will be transferred to the control of the regional prosecutor's office.

In the Krasnogorsk district state administration, this situation is known, but they can not affect the return of the land in any way. In reply to the query "Naqapelo" it is said that the state administration does not control this activity and it will not compensate people for damage.
