These are the banks of the Financial Initiative, the Union, the Ukrainian Innovation Bank, Premium, Capital, Veles, Radical Bank, TC Credit, East Industrial Commercial Bank, Kyiv Rus, CSG Bank and Khreshchatyk Bank. The National Bank of Ukraine sent to the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine a cassation appeal against the decision of the appellate court on the resumption of the activities of the CSG Bank and the cancellation of the decision of the NBU to withdraw it from the market.
This is reported on the regulator's website on Thursday, May 11. At the same time, the message says that the regulator repeatedly stressed that he sees in such decisions the emergence of systemic risks for financial stability.
Thus, the judicial system is used by the owners of such banks as a quasi-legitimate tool to return them to the market, the NBU explained, adding that this, in turn, neutralizes the efforts of the NBU aimed at improving the banking system of Ukraine.
Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the National Bank of Ukraine decided to liquidate the Bank for Professional Financing.
The statement posted on the official website of the regulator said that the NBU had considered the offer of the Deposit Guarantee Fund and decided to liquidate the insolvent Kiev-based "Profin Bank". All licenses of the bank will be withdrawn, - it was informed.
