Ministry of Finance of Ukraine intends to challenge the decision of the High Court of London to consider the accelerated procedure of the lawsuit of the Russian Federation on the repayment of Eurobonds for 3 billion dollars.

The press service of the Ministry of Finance specified that the appeal will be filed in early June.

As reported, on March 29, the High Court of London granted the Russian side's request for an expedited review of the claim for "Yanukovych's debt".

The judge did not take into account the arguments of the Ukrainian side about Russia's political pressure on Ukraine, but gave permission to appeal.
