The Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of the Russian Federation (FSTEC) issued positive conclusions on contracts for the supply of LPG produced by Rosneft to Ukraine, writes OilNews.

Rosneft received FSTEC's conclusions on these supplies, the previously suspended supplies are being returned, "a source in Glusko Ukraine said..

The supplier of LPG of Rosneft to Ukraine is Proton Energy Group SA, the recipients of the resource in Ukraine are Glusko Ukraine, OKKO, WOG, Nadezhda, Parallel, BRSM Nafta, Sokar, KLO, Agency for Investment Management ".

It is noted that market participants do not have information on the positive conclusions of FSTEC on other contracts for the supply of Russian LPG to Ukraine. Operators also note that Russian producers are not showing activity with the collection of necessary documents for filing an application for a FSTEC conclusion.

"We spoke with Lukoil - they do not hurry at all. Neither we do not request documents, nor do we collect.

They say that they are waiting for (the situation) to clear up, "- said one of the Kiev traders.

At the same time, Gazpromtrans, one of Russia's largest LPG carriers, sent a letter to its counterparties demanding that the FSTEC permit be provided in the package of documents to be provided upon customs declaration. "In the event of a delay at border stations in connection with the absence of the above permission, OOO Gazpromtrans will be forced to impose a fine," reads the letter.
