The growth rate of incomes, according to the prime minister, in the united territorial communities may be even higher. Local budgets for the first four months of this year increased by 14.5 billion hryvnia - this was facilitated by decentralization. This is the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman wrote on his Facebook page. "Decentralization is valid - for the first four months of 2017, local budgets grew by 14.5 billion UAH," he said, compared with last year's data, growth was almost 35%. At the same time, the premier added that the rate of income growth in the united territorial communities may be even higher. "Experts note that the growth rate of income in the united territorial communities is even higher. The fact that now there are resources on the ground to solve pressing local problems is a good trend.

Of course, it takes time to solve all the problems that have accumulated over many years of total disregard for the problems of local self-government. But in many cities and villages, changes are already taking place and will occur more and more every year, "wrote Groisman. Earlier, the State Treasury Service reported that the state budget of Ukraine in January-April of this year received 259.785 billion hryvnia of revenues, which is 18.9% more than the plan.
