This information was spread by the head of the government - Vladimir Groisman. According to him - in the process of decentralization, local budgets in Ukraine increased - by about 14.5 billion hryvnia. This is the state for the first quarter of 2017.
Groisman also stressed that decentralization is really working - during the first four months of 2017, the local budgets grew by 14.5 billion hryvnias, Groisman also noted. And compared to the period that lasted from January to April 2016, budgets grew by 34 percent.
