The General Prosecutor's Office conducts pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on the facts of the buyer's non-fulfillment of the package of shares of Ukrtelecom - LLC ESU, the terms of privatization for the creation of a dedicated special telecommunication network (TMSP), illegal financing of the creation of TMSP at the expense of the state budget of Ukraine in 2012-2013. And privatization of 92% of the state block of shares in Ukrtelecom at a reduced cost, press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan said on her Facebook page.

She added that the notification of suspicion was sent to former First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Sergei Arbuzov. He is suspected of illegally financing the creation of TMSP at the expense of the state budget for the amount of 220 million UAH. Suspicion is directed at h. 5 items. 27 h. 5 items. 191 (misappropriation, embezzlement of property) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

"The question of declaring Arbuzov to be an international wanted list is being decided and the court has been given a measure of restraint," Sargan added..
