This was broadcast by one of the TV channels, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavel Rozenko.

"People who first apply for a subsidy in which, in some circumstances, there are debts for housing and communal services, have the right to subsidies, and they will be assigned a subsidy. A person with debts should not panic, but must write an application and receive a subsidy, "he said..

At the same time, Pavel Rozenko noted that those who are already receiving the subsidy should pay their small mandatory payment for gas and utilities in time.

"If a person receives a subsidy, but even receiving it, does not want to pay for housing and communal services, and she has a debt for more than 2 months - such people will be suspended charging the grant until the circumstances are clarified," he explained..

"Today, 7.5 million families receive subsidies. And the mandatory payment for housing and communal services for, say, the family of pensioners is 100-150 UAH, which does not exceed 5-10% of their incomes. And this small contribution of 100-150 UAH family must pay on time, "- said the Vice Prime Minister.
