According to Chernysh, the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk agreed to ensure that payments for water in the Ukrainian legal field.

The supply of electricity to uncontrolled territory has already been limited. Ukrainian enterprise "Lugansk Energy Association" stopped supplying electricity to uncontrolled territories at midnight on April 25.

In the NEC Ukrenergo explained that the supplies are terminated due to a long non-payment for electricity consumed in an uncontrolled territory.
