The authorities believe that a coin depicting the shooting of times of civil war is unacceptable. As the Minister of Finance of the country Petteri Orpo explained, he was shocked when he learned that the mint had issued a commemorative coin with such an image.

I do not understand how this relates to the mood of the 100th anniversary of independence, "said Orpo, adding that the Ministry of Finance is making a decision to issue money, but for the appearance is the special art commission.

He also stressed that Finland is a one-hundred-year-old nation and does not understand how this could happen.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, March 28, Britain began replacing coins with face value of one pound. The circulation includes new coins, which the British mint has already called the most protected in the world, since the new twelve-sided coin is equipped with special measures to protect against forgery. It should gradually replace its round predecessor.
