The Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal left without consideration the appeals of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry to the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv on March 20, which satisfied the suit of Yuzgaz B. (The Netherlands) and it was found unlawful for the government to give the Dutch company a share in the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA) for the development of the Yuzovskaya area.

This is stated in the court rulings of April 12, the "Ukrainian News".

Statements were left without consideration due to the failure of state bodies to pay a court fee.

The Cabinet requested a deferment of payment of the court fee, but the court refused to satisfy this petition.

It is reported that the Ministry of Energy paid the court fee in part, transferring 4 019.4 UAH at the required UAH 4 547.4.

In this case, the court granted seven days for payment of court fees.
