As the press service of the state Ukrainian bank, Oschadbank filed a lawsuit in court to protect its trademark "Sberbank", the legitimate owner of which in the territory of Ukraine is Oschadbank.

"We defended the legitimate interests of Oschadbank, and with them the interests of millions of Ukrainians, so that they were not misled. After all, the trade mark "Sberbank" belongs exclusively to the State Savings Bank of Ukraine.
