The National Commission, which regulates energy and utilities, has enacted a subscription fee for the distribution of gas since April. The corresponding decision was made by the regulator at today's meeting.

As Ukrainian News Agency reports, the new tariffs are a subscription fee for connection to the gas supply system and are paid monthly based on the meter's power and regardless of the actual volume of consumption.

These gas distribution tariffs are used to cover the costs of Ukrtransgaz for transportation of gas by main gas pipelines to gas distribution systems (about 23% in the tariff structure).

For the population, the distribution tariff is set lower than the tariff for industrial consumers. However, within three years the tariff levels for household and non-residential consumers will be leveled.

So, from April 1, the tariff for gas distribution for household consumers of the company "Kievoblgaz" will be 2,549 kopecks /. M per hour, for industrial - 3,607 kopecks / cubic meter. M. Per hour (all tariffs excluding VAT) For domestic and non-residential consumers of PJSC "Kievgas" the tariff will be the same - 1,273 kopecks /. M per hour.

As follows from the message, the distribution fee for the most common type of counter (G4, 54% of the total number of subscribers and about 80% of total consumption in the country) per month will be about 92 UAH / month.

Recall that the National Commission, which regulates energy and utilities, since April introduced for the gas transportation system tariff system "input-output". The methodology is based on the depreciation of the GTS until 2019.

From April 1, NKREC increases the tariffs for electricity supply for coal-fired power plants by 9.2-22.7%. For gas CHPP tariffs will change slightly.

The commission will increase the weighted average NEC Ukrenergo tariff for the year 2017 by 12.2% compared to the current tariff - from 6.178 kop / kWh to 6.933 kopecks. / KW-h (without VAT).

Also in April, NKRECU will increase the tariff of the NPP of the State Enterprise "Energoatom" for electricity supply by 2.9% - from 46.64 kopecks. / KW-h to 48 kopecks. / KWh.
