The European protocol in Dii will appear in the first quarter of 2026. Now, to issue a European protocol, drivers often had to use third-party services or paper forms, and then separately contact the insurance company. The new service in Dii will combine these steps into one process.

Now, in order to obtain permission to store and carry (registration) smooth-bore weapons, you must contact the National Police of Ukraine with the necessary documents. The new procedure will greatly simplify the process.

This is a future service in the Diya application, which will allow Ukrainians to safely store digital documents and ID data, confirm their identity online, use services both in Ukraine and in the EU, and will integrate into the European electronic identification ecosystem. Divorce in Ukraine through the Diya application will become available in 2026 for couples without minor children.
