Ukrainians will not lose the money received from the state (pensions, scholarships, various payments) if their bank bankrupt. The fact is that in such a situation, the fund of guaranteeing deposits of individuals (FGVFL) guarantees a refund in social accounts.

This was told in the fund itself. They reminded: social accounts are opened by individuals to receive pensions and payments from the pension fund. And besides:.

" ... the Fund for Guaranteeing Deposits of Individuals guarantees a refund in social accounts in case of bankruptcy of the bank, ”the report said.

At the same time, it is emphasized:

the fund reimburses the money in the amount of the contribution, including interest - however, only within the framework of the maximum amount. So:.

" If the bank falls into a difficult situation, the fund undertakes to return their money to the depositors, ”the FGVFM summed up.

However, they noted there, only those who receive payments through banks-members of the fund will be able to count on the return of money. Their full list is on the link.
