The whole family participated in the project, including Laiman himself, who helped with dismantling and construction work. Initially, Lyman planned to rent housing, but parents suggested removing the garage in early 2023. The apartment turned out to be spacious, thanks to a high ceiling and a thoughtful layout. As a result, Lyman paid a symbolic rent - $ 400 per month, which is much cheaper than the average market rental value in the region, which is $ 1,500.
In addition to the modern interior, energy -efficient windows, air conditioning system, and even a miniature garden in the adjacent territory were installed in the apartment.
