The amount of maximum assistance for the unemployed in Ukraine increased by 900 UAH. From January 1, 2025, it is UAH 8,000, while in 2024 it was UAH 7,100.

This was reported to the State Employment Service. They noted: compensation to employers for arranging workplaces for people with disability group I has also increased - from 106,500 to 120,000 UAH. The increase amounted to UAH 13,500.

In addition, compensation to employers for arranging workplaces for people with disability group II increased - by UAH 9,000, from UAH 71,000 to UAH 80,000.

In general, it is noted that in 2024, thanks to the program of the State Employment Service in Ukraine, 2,000 people with disabilities of groups I and II were employed. The total amount of compensation to employers amounted to UAH 130 million.

“Support through unemployment benefits allows you to adapt to new conditions, undergo training or retraining, increasing your chances of finding a job. Compensations stimulate the creation of new jobs and their arrangement for people with disabilities, veterans and women veterans,” the service said.
