In Ukraine, new methods of tax control of individuals may be introduced after the end of the war. We are talking, among other things, about the introduction of indirect methods of tax control (when expenses will be assessed, among other things). Some changes are already being developed and introduced. For example, they are introducing the exchange of tax information according to the CRS standard.
" And I think that with a high degree of probability we will support it, especially since this is a structural beacon from the IMF. The automatic exchange of tax information according to the CRS standard should also be improved.. That is, the tax office receives reports from other countries and analyzes these reports.
And after martial law, there will be changes provided for by the National Revenue Strategy and providing the tax office with additional administrative powers,” he explained.
In response to clarifying questions, Getmantsev added that changes relating to ordinary Ukrainians will probably be introduced after the end of the war. I think so. We won't get to this sooner. Even before the war, the Cabinet of Ministers should have developed a bill on indirect methods of tax control. But I think that it will not be introduced until the end of the war, and the new parliament will consider the bill,” he said.
