The couple learned to earn up to $31,000 a month by selling used clothes online. What was once a side income for Grace Cassidy and her husband Joe has now become their full-time job.. British tabloid The Sun writes about this.
The 29-year-old couple started selling trinkets online years ago, but it was just a hobby at the time.. In June they decided it was time for something more. Eventually, the couple's earnings grew so much that in October 2024, Joe decided to quit his job as a manager at a self-service warehouse to help his wife with her new business..
Grace and Joe decided to share their advice.
" We were getting by but making some money at Christmas,"
The couple later discovered an online social marketplace with auctions where people sell everything from sneakers to sports cards, used clothing to antiques.
" Our first auction took place in June, and by the end of July we had raised just over $12,000. In November, goods were sold for $31,000. It's a lot of fun, but it's also hard,"
The woman adds that goods at a good price can be bought on Facebook Marketplace, sales, sites with wholesale prices and platforms where you can order from abroad.
Grace and Joe are currently renting a 1,500 sq.. ft., where all inventory is stored, orders are processed and packaged.
The couple has a young son and an eight-year-old daughter, which makes their home life very busy..
Let us remind you that Focus previously wrote about a blogger who searches for unique things. The guy talked about a designer accessory worth several thousand US dollars, which he managed to purchase for pennies at a second-hand store in the Goodwill Outlets chain..
But single mother Cara Violet showed off the huge amount of birthday gifts for her 7-year-old son Louis, which she purchased from local second-hand shops and charity shops.
