February 2023. Ukraine has changed the procedure for calculating monetary allowances for military personnel. The changes affected precisely the payment of additional monetary remuneration to the military personnel of the Defense Forces of Ukraine and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

But the very next day, April 11, a draft resolution 8312-P was submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, temporarily blocking the return of payments to the military in the rear in the amount of UAH 30,000.
