The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court regarding the confiscation of the assets of four Russian oligarchs, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reported on Facebook.

They ask to apply such measures against the entrepreneurs of the aggressor state Igor and Arkady Rotenberg, Alexander Skorobogatok and Alexander Ponomarenko.

According to the lawsuit, the Ministry of Justice seeks for the VAKS to recover in state revenue:.

100% share of the authorized capital of Avangard-Vilarti LLC;

66.65% share of the authorized capital of LIBID Investment Union LLC, which is the formal owner of the Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv.



Until the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, the income of the Ocean Plaza shopping center through a chain of different companies went to the accounts of the Rotenberg family, close to the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, - for this money two cartridge factories were purchased in Russia, which produced weapons by order of the enemy military-industrial complex.
