The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court left the VAKS decision of September 30, 2024 in the case of the recovery of assets in the income of the state from the Russian billionaire Mikhail Shelkov and PJSC “Corporation of the VSMPO-Avisma”.

The decision applies to the rights of the requirements that belong to Silkov-controlled non-resident companies, to Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant LLC. The total amount of these requirements is approximately 29 million dollars. USA and almost 7 million hryvnias.
