According to the idea of ??the head of the All-Ukrainian Association of Importers and Dealers (VAAID) Oleg Nazarenko, this money should improve the financing of road repairs, because the excise tax, charged in the cost of fuel, covers only 6.9% of expenses for construction and repair of roads.
