This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized to Execute the Functions of the State or Local Self-Government, inform Ukrainski Novini. In 2017, Smoliy earned UAH 2.306 million in the NBU, UAH 5.453 million - dividends from AMC Etalon Asset Management, UAH 4.846 million - interest on accounts with Ukreximbank.
