The Slovenian designers created a wooden electric bike called Big Buddy Bike. In Slovenia, they created a wooden electric bike that can automatically be balanced. The creators consider it a new kind of urban transport, which combines environmental friendliness, comfort, speed and unique design. Big Buddy can be used as a normal balancing bike either by placing your feet on the stands - like an electric scooter. The bike develops a top speed of 25 km / h, is powered by a removable lithium-ion battery and has a power reserve of 48 km. To fully charge it, it takes from three to four hours.

For a surcharge of $ 200, a bicycle can have a unique pattern on a wooden frame resembling a guitar deck. It also provides a storage space - under an elongated seat that seats two people. Weighs a model of the order of 30 kg and can withstand a maximum weight of 140 kg. In addition, if the landlord forgot where he parked, he can find out the location of the bicycle using a smartphone - via the Chipolo tracking system.
