The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has solved problems with reimbursement to enterprises of housing and communal services of privileges and subsidies. This was reported by the press service of the department. As reported earlier by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the calculation of subsidies throughout Ukraine stopped due to a new mechanism, which the Ministry of Finance introduced on January 4. The Ministry of Finance assures that technical problems are solved. "The Ministry of Finance provided explanations to the Treasury regarding the transfer of the subvention for the provision of benefits and subsidies provided to the population for payment of housing and communal services," the Ministry of Finance. The Finance Ministry also noted that the process of preparation for the second stage of the introduction of "monetization" of benefits and subsidies.

"A mechanism will be proposed for the direct transfer of subventions in terms of paying rent and other services directly to the accounts of recipients of benefits and subsidies that can independently be paid for utilities," the ministry said.. At this stage of monetization, settlements with AJOAH and HBC will be carried out through accounts opened in bank institutions, and with budgetary institutions - through special registration accounts opened in the treasury bodies.
