Industrial designers from Belarus and Ukraine Artem Smirnov and Vladimir Panchenko presented the concept of an electric autonomous truck for Audi, writes Gas2. org. The project was posted on the Internet site Behance. In the view of designers, the cabin of an unmanned truck should not be similar to the usual one, since there is no person in it. In the concept it looks like a fashionable refrigerator or smartphone.

The car has a fairly low landing with a clearance that is more like a sports car. In the second version of the concept this style is preserved. Its difference is that the truck is driven by drivers, but they are sitting for some reason not in the cockpit, but on the cockpit, in special compartments resembling F1 cars. On the "pilots" are wearing helmets, similar to the "headset" of military pilots. Apparently, this should help drivers cope with the sediment and exhaust from passing diesel trucks. According to the designers themselves, Audi has not been interested in their project yet.

But they began to receive requests from local car dealers Audi with a request to provide free sketches. Note that not so long ago the German company Audi introduced the concept of an off-road vehicle on electric traction e-tron Sportback at the auto show in Shanghai. The car with a power reserve of 450 km will compete with the electric car Tesla Model X 100D and will enter the line of environmentally friendly vehicles Audi.
