"Due to administrative and stimulating measures, over two heating seasons for such categories of consumers as heat and power utilities, budget institutions and the population, reduced the use of gas by 7.2 billion cubic meters. And more than 440 million euros were invested in new boiler-houses, which made it possible to build 2 thousand. MW of capacity, "- said Savchuk.

According to him, these figures do not take into account the Crimea and temporarily occupied territories. "Consumption of energy resources allowed us to reduce the government program. To date, this program has benefited almost 400 thousand. families. The government refunded UAH 2 billion to people. The economy invested 6 billion USD, "- said Savchuk. According to him, in Ukraine, with the support of local authorities, 156 regional programs for the insulation.
