Ukrainian authorities promise in the near future to solve problems of protecting the rights of citizens affected by the construction of residential real estate. For investors, the so-called long-term construction in the Ministry of Regional Development prepared a special bill "On the protection of the rights of injured creditors in the construction of residential real estate". He is called upon to solve several tasks at once: - to strengthen the protection of the rights of citizens who invested money in construction; - create a mechanism for completing problematic objects; - to prevent occurrence of similar situations in the future. The ministry commissioned a profile institute to draft a bill that should protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. And also contribute to the completion of the construction of long-term buildings. Once the document is ready, it is ready to consider and finalize it in the profile committee of the parliament. - We will put this bill into practice and we can make it as a committee.
