Western investors are interested to come with their capital to Ukraine, but today the dynamics of the investment environment is negative here, I'm sure the American businessman Givi Topchishvili. He expressed this opinion in an interview with "Glavkom". "There are a lot of factors that do not give the prerequisites to call your investment climate positive. In Ukraine, there is no adequate investment environment and no proper foundation has been built for the situation to be different, "said the businessman.. "Any investor tries to choose the business where he can get predictability of his investment and a clear multiplier. And, of course, investors assess external factors such as macroeconomic risks, the presence of positive industrial trends and the possibility of syndication with local investors. To date, there is no faith inside the Ukrainian society and Ukrainian investors. And this is very important for any foreign investor in any country when local business invests money with him, "Topchishvili explains his position. According to the businessman, today the Ukrainian tax system is not loyal either to the investor or to local businesses: "The media regularly broadcast about semi-legitimate" arrivals "and actions for hostile takeover.
