Many cars on Lithuanian numbers are not only illegally in Ukraine, but are also being removed from registration in Lithuania, being outlawed in the EU. All cars that have Lithuanian license plates are registered with the local registration authority - Regitra. However, there are several good reasons why these cars are removed from registration. And after that, they can not move on the roads of Lithuania or other EU countries. Every car in the European Union must be inspected every two years. After confirming the "technical examination", the owner is not only given a special sticker on the license plate or windshield, but a corresponding note is made in the electronic register. If the vehicle has not been inspected within the statutory period, it is considered to be one that can not travel on the roads of the EU - its registration with Regitra is terminated. And to enter Lithuania or another country this machine can not. To pass the inspection with such a mark, the car must be delivered for inspection at a specialized inspection point in Lithuania on the carriage (not with its own motion). Of course, not a single Ukrainian "owner" will do this. Therefore, the car will have to be delivered for disassembly for sale for spare parts. Every car that is operated in the European Union must be insured under civil liability in relation to third parties. A similar requirement applies to Ukrainian cars. However, if in Ukraine it is checked by the police only at a stop, then in Lithuania without insurance the machine is automatically removed from the register. The consequences are the same as the delay in the inspection.

By car number, VIN-code and serial number of the registration certificate, anyone can find out whether the car is registered in Lithuania. The database issues three indicators: when the last inspection was completed, when the insurance expires and whether the car is on the wanted list. Any positive information on these indicators suggests that the car is outlawed in the European Union. So, its owner needs to look for a cake, which will accept this machine for disassembly for spare parts ....
