Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk claims that Russia has deported one million two hundred thousand citizens of Ukraine to its territory.

Vereshchuk said this in a comment to Radio Liberty..

According to her, the Ministry of Reintegration of Ukraine cooperates with all international organizations represented in Russia to return such people..

" I hope that most of the people will be able to return. We do not mind if people want to leave for Russia, but we are categorically against it when they are forcibly taken away. We object to Russia using humanitarian corridors to deport Ukrainians,” said Irina Vereshchuk.
