Russian occupying troops today released Kakhovka journalist Oleg Baturin after eight days of captivity and torture.

Baturin wrote about this on his sister's Facebook.

" Bili. humiliated. threatened. They said they would kill. Almost eight days. 187 hours of captivity. Virtually no food. Several days without water. No soap, no change of clothes. Not knowing where I am. But they knew exactly why.. They wanted to break, trample. Show what will happen to every journalist: you will be deprived of. They will kill you,"

According to him, all this time the invaders forced him to sit with his head bowed low so that the journalist could not see their faces..
