“Employees of the Vyshgorod District Police Department, together with operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department, carried out a number of search activities and identified the attackers. They turned out to be a 59-year-old resident of the Vyshgorodsky district and a 44-year-old resident of Kiev, who had already been convicted of counterfeiting foreign currency, fraud and giving unlawful benefits to a law enforcement officer, ”the statement said..
