At about 10 o'clock on February 14, in the Novolugansk area, as a result of an explosion on an unidentified explosive device, three Ukrainian servicemen were killed - Captain Alexander Voitenko (born in 1984), senior soldiers Vyacheslav Alekseenko (born in 1987) and Dmitry Mironenko (born in 1994).
