In Transcarpathia, a minor boy suspected of raping a girl who has not yet reached the age of 14 was sent into custody. This is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor's Office.

It is noted that the event in question occurred on September 23, 2020. A young man, being on the territory of a pasture between the villages of Osiy and Belki of the Irshavsky district, committed sexual acts against a victim under 14 years old.

For a criminal offense under h. 4 st. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in which a Transcarpathian is suspected, is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 10 to 15 years.
