A foreign car driver suspected of committing a fatal accident was detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.

According to the investigation, on June 8, at about 10 p.m. opposite the house 3 on Smolenskaya Square, he collided with a Lada car, the driver of which was seriously injured and was taken to a medical facility, where he later died.
