In the Lviv region, rescuers are taking measures to remove tourists from the ski lift, which stopped on Mount Pogar.

It is reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.

At 17:00, the State Emergency Service received information that near the village of Slavske of the Skole district on Mount Pogar (mountain height 857 meters) the chair lift (cable car) stopped.

Preliminary stop cause - gear failure. Measures are taken to remove tourists from the lift.

As of 19:40, all tourists were removed, no injured.

In total there were 32 people on the lift, including 5 children. Mountain rescuers consisting of 17 people were involved from the State Emergency Service. and 3 units. technicians.
