On January 16, 2020, three accused Ilya Aleshkin, Mikhail Bazaley and Oleg Radchenko appeared at the meeting.. The fourth accused Sergei Kozlyuk, who was on sick leave, and the accused’s lawyer Yevgeny Samoilov, who at that time was at another meeting in the Dzerzhinsky court, did not appear.

Due to the absence of participants in the process, the meeting was postponed until February 10, says Lens.

Makaryuk commented to reporters that now he has 2 disability groups, his right hand is functioning, but he cannot write.
