January 13, the State Emergency Service received information that in the Goloseevsky district of Kiev on the street. Antonovich due to a break in the heating network with a diameter of 1000 mm there was a spill of hot water and flooding of the ground floor and basement of the shopping center Ocean Plaza.
Employees of the State Emergencies Service rescued 13 people (4 people from a minibus that got into the pit formed due to washing away of asphalt pavement, 3 people with a trolleybus standing nearby and 6 from the first floor of the shopping center).

As of 07:00 on January 14, there was no flooding, the water left by gravity, the shopping center was temporarily suspended. Emergency services are carried out repair work. Heat supply to consumers is supplied through the heating circuit bypass.
