In a private zoo in the village of Krasnoe, Obukhov district, a horse died of hunger, the owner left other animals without food - 12 sheep, 14 cows, 5 horses, 2 ponies, a calf, a goat and a horse. In total, more than 40 animals were left without proper care.. Hay, grain and feed for them brought volunteers and caring citizens.

" Investigators Obukhov police opened criminal proceedings under art. 299 (Cruelty to animals) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for arrest for up to six months or restriction of liberty for up to three years. A pre-trial investigation has begun, "
