The director of the Gutyansk forestry in the Kharkiv region, Viktor Sys, who is suspected of giving a bribe of 100 thousand dollars, the court changed the preventive measure.

As you know, law enforcement authorities detained the scandalous director of the leshoz at the end of October 2019 while trying to give a bribe in the amount of $ 100 thousand to the detective NABU for closing a criminal proceeding on the fact of illegal logging.

Syse chose a preventive measure in the form of an arrest with the right to make a deposit of 5 million hryvnias, and on November 4 he left the pre-trial detention center, but with the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet. The court also ordered the suspect to hand over the passport for the duration of the investigation and inform the detective (investigator) and the prosecutor about the change of his place of residence and not communicate with witnesses in the case.

As it became known from the document, WAX continued all obligations to the suspect until January 31, 2020.

The need to wear Syse electronic bracelet in the list of obligations in the court order is not indicated.
