Kiev local prosecutor’s office No. 7 reported suspicion of a 19-year-old local resident for raping a minor girl and extorting money from him.

It was established that the suspect, after meeting with an 11-year-old schoolgirl, began to send her sexual messages, gradually corrupting the schoolgirl. In addition, the attacker demanded that the girl send him his own nude photos and prompted her to use narcotic and psychotropic substances with him.

In the future, using psychological violence, the suspect, taking advantage of the fact that the young schoolgirl does not understand the meaning of the actions committed against her and cannot resist, forced the latter to undress and raped her.

After that, the attacker demanded money from the girl, threatening, in case of refusal, to post nude photos of a schoolgirl on the Internet.

According to the results of the preliminary investigation, which was carried out jointly with the Podolsky UE GU of the National Police of Ukraine, the attacker was able to establish and detain.

A young man is now suspected of having suspected. 4 tbsp. 152 (rape of a minor), h. 1.2 tbsp. 189 (extortion committed repeatedly) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The local prosecutor’s office is preparing a request for a preventive measure.
