The tragedy occurred on Monday, in Vilanova de Arousa - a town in north-west Spain. The girl died when her mom's car crashed into the school bus. The 26-year-old mother of the girl and the student from the bus received minor injuries. Local media reported that the deceased child was fastened to a child seat, and the child was harmed by a tablet that flew in her face. Although the cause of death was not officially confirmed, the police said that it was the tablet that, apparently, caused serious head injuries.
