The body of a 60-year-old man with bodily injuries was found in the courtyard of one of the households in the village of Babai near Kharkov.

The police of the Kharkiv region quickly identified the person involved in the commission of a criminal offense and detained the attacker.

"The investigation found that the suspect was drunk and came to a neighbor with whom he had a quarrel," said Viktor Shirin, head of the Kharkov police department.

- During the conflict, the furious attacker grabbed an ax and inflicted several blows on his body to his opponent. From the received traumas the man has died ".

The investigator opened criminal proceedings on h. 1 st. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years. The offender was detained in order. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation is under way.
