In Kiev, the police detained a foreigner, presumably a Russian citizen, who may be close to the regime of Chechnya's leader Ramzan Kadyrov. This is reported by LIGA referring to the SBU.

The detention of an alien was originally reported by the police of Kiev.

They said that the police received a message about a suspicious car, in which there could be prohibited items. Law enforcers carried out an inspection, as a result of which the driver found in his pocket a powdery substance of white color.

The driver was born in 1995. Also in the cabin were two young men, born in 1994 and 1996, reported to the police.

They also added that during the inspection of the cabin and personal belongings of the driver, a plastic bag with a powdery substance of white color.

Discovered for examination.

A source at the SBU said that the department received information that people close to the regime of Ramzan Kadyrov arrived in Ukraine. But since in Ukraine they planned to engage in extortion, the Security Service transferred all the information to the National Police.
