The District court of Zolotonosha of the Cherkassy region examined the claim of the military prosecutor's office of the Cherkasy garrison in the interests of the state in the person of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

It was recalled that the accused X. served in the zone of the ATU in February 2015. During the service, being in a state of intoxication and arbitrarily driving a self-propelled fire installation, he entered the thicket of the forest, as a result of which the products and installation mechanisms were damaged.
The court examined the arguments of the military prosecutor's office and, having taken them into account, satisfied the claim in full.
