The prosecutor's office of the Sumy region reported that the chairman of the public organization, former deputy of the Sumy city council Anatoly Zhuk was killed by his own wife, the press service of the prosecutor's office of Sumy region.

"During the investigation it was established that between the spouses Zhuk had uneasy relations. The woman repeatedly told close people that her husband beats. She could not divorce her husband, since he threatened to take her child from her. Therefore, Zhuk carefully planned the murder of her husband, "- said in a statement.

It is noted that on August 2 she sent her 10-year-old daughter in a taxi to her mother and set fire to a room in the house where Anatoly was resting, and for the sake of providing herself an alibi, she went with a driver with whom she had close relations, to pay for utilities in the center cities. Although before that she systematically paid the bills via the Internet.

The prosecutor's office said that the beetle woke up, managed to put out the fire and called his wife home. After the fire-damaged things were taken out of the house, Anatoly lay down in the courtyard, and the driver went to the gas station. At this time, according to investigators, the woman took his pistol brand Cz-75, which was illegally kept at their home, and shot three times in a sleeping husband.

According to the findings of examinations on the arm, the top of the jeans and the blouse of a woman in which she, according to the collected evidence, was dressed at the time of the crime, traces of the shot products. The cause of the fire in the room was arson.

Law enforcers declared a woman suspicion by h. 1 st. 115 (premeditated murder), h. 2 items. 194 (willful damage to property by arson), h. 1 st. 263 (illegal handling of weapons) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Documents are being prepared for her to be internationally wanted and extradited.
