The Kharkov local prosecutor's office No. 3 sent an indictment to the Frunzensky District Court of Kharkov against the 56-year-old Kharkiv citizen. 2 items. 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (a proposal to influence the decision of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state for providing undue benefits).

As the head of the local prosecutor's office Ruslan Skuratovich said, the repeatedly convicted man decided to earn some money from conscripts.

In early August this year, a suspect in the territory of the Nemyshlyansk District Military Commissariat met with an 18-year-old guy who arrived at the institution to obtain a certificate of a postscript to the conscription site. He suggested that a new acquaintance help evade the draft. The suspect said that he allegedly has friends in the commissariat, who for money will help quickly draw up the necessary documents. For such "services" a man asked 9 thousand. UAH. and left his mobile number for communication.

After a while, the guy called back "decided" and refused to help, but the suspect began to threaten the young man. To get money, he frightened the conscript service in difficult conditions. Then the guy applied to the police.

As part of the conduct of secret investigative actions, the draftee transferred "grief-helper" 3 thousand. UAH. and 200 euros. The malefactor was detained on "hot". The maximum sanction of the article provides for 5 years imprisonment.
