A serviceman of the 9th regiment of the operational assignment of the National Guard, senior soldier Leonid Stukalo rescued a girl who was about to jump from a dam. This was reported by the press center of the military unit 3029 of the National Guard of Ukraine.

The incident occurred about six o'clock in the morning on August 31 at the dam of the Dnieper Hydroelectric Power Station. The military noticed a girl standing on the railing of the dam when she rode by her car.

Stukal decided to stop the car for 100 meters from the girl, so as not to scare her, and then cautiously approached her.

"Leonid convinced the girl not to shorten her life and helped her to climb over the rail to the roadway. The girl cried and could not explain her act, "- said in the department.

He took the girl to the Dniprovsky police department of Zaporizhzhya, where it turned out that she disappeared from the house 2 days ago and performed tasks from the game "Blue Whale", where the last task was a jump from the dam.
